This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop scalable processes for customer onboarding and post-sales success.
• Design, implement, and customize technological solutions to meet specific operational requirements and workflows for customers, maximizing ROI.
• Oversee and manage all implementation projects with our large enterprise clients to ensure the successful delivery of technology and services.
• Build strong customer relationships by providing proactive support and regular follow-ups.
• Gather and analyze product feedback, presenting insights to executives to enhance software and hardware engineering to better serve customer needs.
• Employ a hands-on approach with customers as needed, ranging from fieldwork to remote interactions.
• Foster customer loyalty through effective account management.
• Represent enterprise customers by gaining a comprehensive understanding of their use cases and requirements.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and customer check-ins to guarantee that existing clients are deriving value from Skydio technology.
• Facilitate expansions and renewals by assisting customers in achieving their desired outcomes.
• Manage approximately 20 accounts, promoting adoption to ensure expansions and renewals within the business portfolio.
• Demonstrated history of implementing new technologies, agile development, and collaborating with technical teams to meet customer timelines.
• Proven success in driving the implementation, adoption, and value of hardware and software solutions for large enterprises.
• Outstanding communication abilities, both written and verbal, with a strong emphasis on project management tools and methodologies.
• Experience with commercial Unmanned Aircraft Systems and associated software development/deployment.
• Engage directly with customers through proactive, metrics-driven interactions.
• Collaborate closely with customers and sales teams to promote expansion, identifying vertical-specific challenges and account risks that may affect growth.
• A strong eagerness to learn, innovate, and adapt in a dynamic and evolving environment.
• Willingness to travel approximately 40% of the time.
