This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Manage the post-sales relationship for a specified portfolio of EMEA resellers, VARs, and distributors — from onboarding to fostering long-term growth.
• Travel frequently across the UK to meet partners in person, establish executive relationships, and enhance NinjaOne's visibility within their organizations.
• Facilitate structured partner onboarding and enablement, which includes product training, certifications, go-to-market workshops, and sales toolkits.
• Track partner health and activity metrics to proactively spot risks, bridge adoption gaps, and reduce churn.
• Collaborate with the CAM to uncover expansion opportunities, including new product lines, upselling moments, and territory growth.
• Assist partners in developing consistent NinjaOne sales strategies.
• Conduct regular QBRs with strategic partners to align on performance, pipeline, and joint growth initiatives.
• Support distributors in disseminating enablement to their reseller networks.
• Serve as the internal advocate for partners by providing insights and escalations to Product, Support, Marketing, and Sales teams.
• Maintain up-to-date records in Salesforce, tracking partner health, activities, and opportunities.
• Perform other duties as required.
• Demonstrated experience in a channel-facing post-sales role (Channel CSM, Partner Success, Channel Enablement, or similar) within a SaaS or technology firm.
• Strong understanding of the indirect channel model — familiar with the operations of resellers and distributors and the factors driving their business.
• Knowledge of the UK channel landscape is a significant advantage.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the UK — this is essential for optimal performance.
• Commercially astute: able to identify growth signals and convert them into actionable plans in collaboration with the CAM.
• Excellent communicator and trainer — adept at simplifying complex topics and delivering engaging enablement at every level.
• Data-driven and highly organized, with the ability to manage a diverse portfolio across various geographies and maturity stages.
• Proficient in English; proficiency in an additional EMEA language is a plus.
• Experience in RMM, MDM, endpoint management, or IT management SaaS is advantageous.
