Customer Success Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take on a leadership position within a cross-functional team that includes Client Solutions, Analytics, Operations, and the Implementation of Web Site, Email, and Customer Data Platform optimization.

• Serve in a client-facing role to guide the direction, communication, and results across various teams.

• Support sales and senior management in defining solutions for clients that lead to programs aligning with the client’s business objectives and fostering successful relationships.

• Oversee the delivery of scoped services to clients, coordinating efforts among internal operational teams to ensure timeliness and quality at every stage.

• Conduct client calls and communications, including the creation of client-facing materials such as proposals, presentations, strategic viewpoints, status reports, and requirements documents. Manage outcomes and follow-ups.

• Collaborate with clients to plan and implement diverse campaigns across addressable channels.

• Assess opportunities to expand the scope of services and tools offered.

• Supervise the quality of operational tasks, including report delivery and communication regarding campaigns and analytic changes.

• Administer client billing, budgets, and forecasting processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) or Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree, preferably in Marketing or Business.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in account management or within a client-side marketing department, with expertise in:

• Email/Digital marketing

• Customer journey development

• Multi/Omnichannel marketing

• Campaign management

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
