📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of client relationships, serving as their go-to strategic advisor.

• Take ownership of client retention, renewals, and opportunities for expansion within your portfolio.

• Spot opportunities to enhance platform adoption, broaden channel utilization, and boost revenue growth.

• Collaborate with clients to create and implement data-driven marketing strategies across email, SMS, and other addressable channels.

• Assist clients in crafting customer journeys, lifecycle marketing programs, and campaign strategies.

• Conduct regular client meetings, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), focusing on performance, growth opportunities, and marketing strategy.

• Facilitate collaboration among Solutions Consulting, Product, Operations, and Support teams to ensure successful execution of client initiatives.

• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver scoped services while emphasizing quality, efficiency, and results.

• Convert client objectives into clear requirements and actionable plans for internal teams.

• Promote the adoption of new features and capabilities.

• Educate clients on platform best practices and the latest marketing trends.

• Provide insights to Product and internal teams based on client feedback.

• Manage client billing, budgeting, and forecasting processes as necessary.

• Ensure prompt follow-up and resolution of client concerns in collaboration with internal teams.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.

• 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or digital marketing.

• Experience with email and digital marketing programs.

• Familiarity with marketing automation or ESP platforms.

• Knowledge of customer journey development and lifecycle marketing strategies.

• Experience managing multi-channel or omnichannel marketing campaigns.

• Exceptional communication and relationship management abilities.

• Strong organizational and presentation skills.

• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
