This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Acts as the primary point of contact for clients, providing consultative and supportive services to assigned accounts.
β’ Create and implement customer management strategies focusing on key accounts and affiliates.
β’ Achieve sales objectives by collaborating with clients and team members to meet targets.
β’ Cultivate client relationships by establishing positive connections with key decision-makers and tracking account development.
β’ Promote business growth by contributing to sales efforts, fostering team development, and assisting clients in transforming their businesses.
β’ At least 3 years of experience in a client relationship or account management role with a focus on sales.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience in selling and supporting business software solutions and/or cloud-based (SaaS) technologies within SMB markets.
β’ Familiarity with Microsoft products and industry ERP systems, such as Sage or NetSuite, will be considered advantageous.
β’ A solid understanding of business operations and fundamental accounting principles.
β’ Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, consultative, and negotiation skills.
β’ A customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
β’ Bilingual proficiency: Conversational to upper-intermediate level in both English and French.
