This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +6 more states.
• Oversee, assist, and enhance a portfolio of enterprise clients (B2B).
• Engage with stakeholders at both executive and operational levels to gain insights and develop expertise regarding factors that drive user value and engagement.
• Drive business growth by identifying trends and synergies among various end-user scenarios.
• Actively share customer insights and learnings with the wider Stravito team.
• Report directly to the Lead Customer Success Manager for the US.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Tech, and Design teams to implement solutions!
• 3-5 years of experience in a Customer Success Manager role.
• Prior experience managing complex enterprise accounts.
• Possess a “customer mindset” - the ability to listen effectively and distinguish between spoken words and underlying motivations.
• Business-oriented approach - continually considering ways to grow and scale your customer base.
• Capacity to excel in start-up and remote-first settings.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Remote-first and globally distributed team with company events a couple of times each year as a delightful bonus 🎂.
