• In the role of Customer Success Manager at Squirro, you will serve as a committed partner to our clients, guiding them throughout their journey with our Enterprise GenAI Platform.
• After the client goes live, you will become their dedicated ally, providing support and understanding their specific needs.
• You will facilitate the realization of customer value from our products.
• Your position is crucial in ensuring clients derive value from our solution, maintain their loyalty, and foster their growth.
• You will proactively seek opportunities to enhance our client relationships, introduce new solutions, identify needs for additional customer enablement, and ensure that our clients meet their desired goals.
• Collaboration is key, and you will work closely with sales, solution engineering, and product teams to deliver a seamless and outstanding customer experience.
• Customer Success Champion: You are a proven expert in cultivating strong, long-lasting client relationships, consistently surpassing retention targets, and driving growth through strategic account management.
• Upselling Pro: You have a successful track record of recognizing and leveraging expansion opportunities, including cross- and upselling services and products, which contribute to revenue growth while upholding a strong brand image.
• Customer Success Practitioner: You possess experience with Customer Success Plays, including Joint Success Plans, Renewal Management, Churn Prevention, Account Growth, and QBRs.
• Metrics-oriented: You have a solid understanding of NRR %, Churn %, and Renewals forecasting.
• Data-oriented: You are adept at interpreting client usage data to uncover adoption trends and outliers; you understand prompting and LLMs, and can translate technical information into easily digestible insights for clients.
• Enterprise or Mid-Market Account Expertise: You have experience working with global clients, recognizing their unique needs and dynamics.
• True Team Player: You demonstrate a proven ability to collaborate across functions with Sales, Product, Solution Engineering, and Project Management.
