This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee a portfolio of customer onboarding initiatives and growth opportunities.
β’ Develop expertise in the Sixfold platform and its best practices.
β’ Facilitate executive and stakeholder business reviews.
β’ Actively track customer health and usage statistics.
β’ Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
β’ Offer insights to enhance processes.
β’ Minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Implementation Management, or a similar customer-centric role with Enterprise clients.
β’ An AI-native mindset in work practices.
β’ Proficient in establishing trusted partnerships and engaging with customers.
β’ A thoughtful and proactive approach to problem-solving.
