This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the complete customer lifecycle, spearheading and managing the renewal process for a specific portfolio within the Financial sector, ensuring a high-touch onboarding experience and delivering consistent value through regular interactions to achieve 100% continuity and satisfaction.
• Direct the renewal management process with complete forecasting accuracy, proactively spotting and addressing churn or contraction risks through strategic "save plays."
• Shift accounts from reactive usage to proactive strategic roadmaps, identifying critical business workflows where Sayari can provide enhanced value and establish itself as an essential strategic and consultative partner for Sayari’s key commercial accounts.
• Develop expertise in Sayari’s platform and data, adopting an Analyst’s perspective to deliver data-driven insights and technical support to power users.
• Facilitate complex product training and demonstrations, translating Sayari’s technical capabilities into tailored solutions for Sanctions, AML, Financial Crime, and TPRM use cases.
• Utilize your expertise to influence industry discussions, build trust in both personal and company brands, and drive growth through high-quality advocacy.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Account Executives to identify and qualify expansion opportunities, aiming for a 120% NDR target for your account base.
• Work closely with R&D, Solutions, and Product teams to advocate for client requirements and shape the 2026 product roadmap.
• Serve as a cross-functional liaison, coordinating with Legal and Finance to address support escalations and promptly triage customer needs.
• Demonstrated experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a comparable customer-facing technical implementation role supporting complex SaaS / AI solutions within the Financial sector and/or direct experience at a Financial Institution as a Financial Investigator or Analyst (such as in AML investigations).
• In-depth understanding of Regulatory and Compliance workflows, including Sanctions, AML, Financial Crime, and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), establishing credibility with customers.
• Expertise in the renewal lifecycle, including contract negotiation, commercial forecasting, and CRM discipline (Salesforce & Gainsight).
• Experience with AI tools, such as Claude AI, utilizing AI technologies to create automated solutions such as newsletters, metric reports, and account insights.
• High technical proficiency with the capability to learn and train others on complex data platforms, along with a strong inclination to rapidly acquire in-depth product knowledge.
• Excellent executive communication skills, with the capacity to convey a compelling value narrative to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to excel in a cutting-edge, dynamic environment while recognizing opportunities and evolution amidst chaos and ambiguity.
• Familiarity with the Sayari tech stack, including SFDC, Gainsight, and AI-driven tools (Claude, Gemini, Glean) to automate routine tasks and optimize strategic leverage.
