This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Act as the primary relationship manager for a designated portfolio of clients
• Effectively convey our standards, value proposition, and verification procedures
• Ensure precise CRM data management (Salesforce)
• Oversee the onboarding and training processes for new clients
• Serve as a vital link between field operations and internal teams
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing support role
• Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
• Highly organized, driven by data, and detail-oriented
• Capability to analyze trends and identify gaps or risks in customer data
• Analytical mindset supported by data
