This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Assist new clients during the onboarding process and implementation, ensuring a seamless transition to the Puzzle platform.
β’ Provide product training through video calls, demonstrations, and written documentation.
β’ Act as a reliable advisor to founders and operators as they integrate modern financial tools.
β’ Forge strong relationships with founders, operators, and financial leaders.
β’ Address product inquiries, resolve workflow challenges, and ensure customers derive value from Puzzle.
β’ Monitor customer engagement and health to proactively tackle issues and enhance adoption.
β’ Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to escalate concerns and represent customer interests.
β’ Convey customer feedback and insights that contribute to product enhancements.
β’ Work with internal teams to refine onboarding materials, support documentation, and educational resources for customers.
β’ Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a comparable customer-facing role within B2B SaaS.
β’ Knowledge of accounting principles and financial workflows.
β’ Excellent communication skills with the capability to simplify complex concepts.
β’ Proficient in guiding clients through software onboarding and workflow configuration.
β’ Self-motivated individual with an ownership mentality and meticulous attention to detail in a dynamic environment.
β’ Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or similar tools.
β’ Experience in a fintech, financial SaaS, or accounting technology firm.
