This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Manage a portfolio comprising around 30 Enterprise and Mid-Market accounts with a total business value of approximately £1.5m, emphasizing client retention, growth, and long-term success.
• Take ownership of client performance reporting and optimization strategies by proactively monitoring delivery, pinpointing improvement opportunities, and ensuring campaigns consistently deliver strong results.
• Supervise the complete campaign management process, which includes executing offers, tracking advertising, analyzing performance, and reporting to enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Cultivate robust client relationships through regular MBRs/QBRs, face-to-face meetings, and occasional travel, while closely collaborating with Account Managers to provide a seamless client experience.
• Over 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Affiliate Marketing, with a demonstrated ability to manage and expand Enterprise and Mid-Market client relationships.
• Excellent analytical and reporting abilities, with experience in delivering campaign performance reports, client insights, and optimization recommendations.
• Confident in leading QBRs and MBRs, possessing outstanding communication and presentation skills for in-person meetings, video conferences, and written correspondence.
• Highly organized and flexible, with strong time management capabilities and the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
