This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Foster the adoption of our solutions, unlock outcomes and value, and drive inference growth.
• You will serve as the intermediary between intricate technical systems, clear business outcomes, and commercial expansion.
• You are required to delve into the specifics of what customers are developing. Whether it’s an AI agent or a coding tool, you’ll craft the strategy that enables them to leverage OpenRouter to its fullest capacity.
• Your role will focus on retaining our customers and facilitating their growth. You’ll lead commercial discussions and explore opportunities to enhance their usage across various product lines.
• One moment, you might be delivering an ROI analysis to a CTO; the next, you’ll be engaging with API documentation to assist a lead engineer in optimizing their model routing.
• Define and monitor "Success Criteria" for each customer. You will transform abstract AI objectives into tangible ROI metrics, ensuring OpenRouter is an essential partner in their AI strategy.
• Act as the data-driven advocate for our GTM, Product, and Engineering teams, translating insights and areas of friction into roadmap priorities.
• AI-Native DNA: You have prior experience at an AI-first company (LLM labs, AI infrastructure, or high-growth GenAI applications). You possess an understanding of the subtleties of tokens, latency, context windows, and model routing.
• Technical Platform Expertise: You come from a background in technical SaaS or API-first platforms. You are adept at communicating with developers and product managers in their terminology.
• Revenue Focused: You hold a proven history of managing a quota. You are comfortable navigating procurement, legal, and executive stakeholders to finalize deals.
• Playbook Builder: You don’t merely address issues as they arise. You create the systems and guides that enable us to scale to the next thousand customers.
