This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.
• Manages the customer relationship and actively oversees both internal and external stakeholder connections.
• Cultivates and develops relationships while tailoring value and adoption messaging accordingly.
• Creates and upholds strategic Customer Success Plans.
• Tracks customer KPIs to emphasize the value of the customer solution.
• Conducts Quarterly Business Reviews and semi-annual Executive Business Reviews.
• At least 6 years of experience in customer success, technical account management, sales engineering, or a comparable role.
• Capability to convert business requirements into tangible business value.
• Proficient in managing executive relationships and discussions in both Japanese and English.
• Extensive understanding of Customer Success best practices.
• Expertise in customer success tools (e.g., Vitally) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
