Customer Success Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish meaningful and trusting relationships across intricate, multi-divisional, and multi-geographic organizations.

• Take ownership of the planning and execution of all customer activities and interactions, from onboarding to offboarding.

• Organize and participate in regular strategic interactions with customers, ensuring they derive value from these engagements while we gain insights into future opportunities.

• Ensure alignment on outcomes, value measurement, change management, and adoption strategies.

• Analyze customer health data and respond appropriately.

• Recognize customer challenges and needs, collaborating with internal teams and customers to develop effective solutions.

• Identify, qualify, and pursue upsell and expansion opportunities to achieve targets.

• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the product and regularly communicate new features and functionalities to customers.

• Serve as the customer advocate, translating customer usage and feedback into actionable insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Proven experience in retaining and growing global enterprise customers in a Customer Success Role (preferably with SaaS experience).

• Experience in Project Management, effectively influencing and aligning internal stakeholders to achieve customer outcomes.

• Advanced knowledge of Customer Success concepts, processes, and techniques, including customer interaction, escalation, retention strategies, and opportunity identification and qualification.

• Familiarity with customer success systems.

• Proficient knowledge and use of MS365 tools.
