This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop structured project plans that are oriented towards achieving goals.
• Ensure real-time, precise documentation is maintained in Salesforce and Asana.
• Serve as the key point of coordination among internal teams.
• Recognize potential risks early and appropriately flag them.
• Convey trade-offs to adequately prepare customers for potential risks.
• Co-manage a portfolio of 10–15 healthcare clients.
• Assist in the complete launch of CHW programs.
• Oversee the Tech Review process.
• Minimum of 3 years in customer success or account management, ideally within a health tech startup or SaaS environment.
• Basic understanding of the U.S. healthcare system.
• Demonstrated capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously without any oversights.
• Ability to distill discussions into concise one-page summaries that executives appreciate.
• Skillful in navigating various healthcare stakeholders (Healthcare systems, Community-Based Organizations, payers).
• Proficient with technology tools: Google Suite, CRM (Salesforce), Zoom, Asana, LMS platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Willingness to travel 1-2 times per quarter for IMPaCT team retreats and client onsite visits.
