• Lead the onboarding process for clients and conduct training sessions to ensure effective implementation and strong platform adoption.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, offering technical guidance, troubleshooting assistance, and customized recommendations.
• Develop and nurture robust relationships with stakeholders by comprehending their business objectives and challenges.
• Oversee client-facing projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution and an exceptional customer experience.
• Collaborate with Sales teams to facilitate renewals, pinpoint upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and contribute to revenue enhancement.
• Represent customer interests internally by working alongside Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to enhance the client experience.
• Engage proactively with clients to optimize product utilization, satisfaction, and long-term success.
• Track customer performance metrics, generate reports, and share insights, success stories, and case studies to showcase business impact.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with a solid background in Customer Success, Account Management, and Project Management in the SaaS sector, preferably based in LATAM or the Philippines.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• A technical degree (in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, etc.) is a plus.
• At least 2 years of proven experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, Project Manager, or in a similar role within the SaaS industry.
• Strong technical proficiency and the ability to swiftly grasp complex software solutions.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Strong sales abilities.
• A problem-solving mindset with the capability to troubleshoot issues and collaborate with internal teams for resolutions.
• An empathetic and customer-centric attitude, committed to ensuring client satisfaction and success.
• Analytical abilities to interpret data and recognize trends that inform customer engagement and retention strategies.
• Familiarity with CRM and customer success platforms.
• Experience with HubSpot is advantageous.
• Certifications in customer success or relevant technical areas are considered a strong asset.
• Experience in working with remote teams.
