This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
• Exhibit a proactive customer success approach.
• Foster adoption, retention, and growth within your client portfolio.
• Oversee successful implementation and onboarding for new clients.
• Develop and strengthen executive relationships within the client network.
• Provide training and education to Govly users.
• Relay frontline customer insights back to the organization.
• Bring a resourceful and ambitious spirit to help create an exceptional team.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in B2B SaaS as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, Account Executive, or Onboarding Manager.
• Excellent project management abilities and exceptional organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in a lean startup and fast-paced environments.
• Take pride in your work, show strong commitment to developing your skills, and be eager to learn and grow.
• Possess a complete sense of ownership; no task is too minor.
