• Oversee and nurture current customer relationships by ensuring the effective execution of data services and advertising initiatives.
• Act as the primary contact for client projects, guaranteeing smooth coordination and delivery among our teams.
• Inform clients and potential clients about data resources, audience strategies, and industry best practices; offer continuous consultation to identify challenges and propose solutions.
• Engage with clients through weekly status calls and occasional travel commitments.
• Develop strategies that align with clients' advertising objectives and identify chances to enhance partnerships.
• Manage sales revenue goals in collaboration with the Account Executive.
• Work together on account planning to uncover new data-driven sales opportunities.
• Finalize standard contracts, renewals, and service agreements.
• Provide consistent project updates to Sales Leadership.
• Collaborate with the Service Delivery team to define project requirements and delivery methodologies.
• Coordinate with Pricing to establish project costs and secure quotes.
• Work alongside various teams—including Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Finance—to ensure efficient execution.
• Keep abreast of industry trends by engaging with newsletters, trade publications, and other resources.
• Cultivate relationships across all clients, prospects, and internal departments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• A keen interest in ad tech or digital marketing.
• Proficient in organizing and prioritizing tasks - capable of managing a substantial portfolio of fast-paced projects.
• Skills in analyzing data and delivering industry-specific insights.
• Proficiency in Excel (ability to maintain complex spreadsheets) and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel up to approximately 20% (if based outside NYC).
