This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage with clients to comprehend their business needs and propose optimal practices for utilizing the software.
• Manage support calls from long-term clients.
• Provide training to customers and their teams on software usage, both online and face-to-face.
• Achieve or surpass renewal and adoption targets.
• Cultivate customer relationships to establish trust.
• Identify potential referral customers and candidates for case studies.
• Contribute to the continuous development and refinement of best practices for the role and department.
• Work collaboratively across departmental lines.
• Continuously enhance your understanding of the software and the industry.
• Collaborate with other departments as needed to ensure customer success.
• Some light travel may be required.
• Willingness to work more than 40 hours when needed.
• Experience delivering technology training in both corporate environments and online.
• Demonstrated capability to handle multiple projects with stringent deadlines.
• Proficiency in customer service and support.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
• Experience in project development.
• Ability to upsell to existing customers.
• Bachelor’s degree or Associate's degree with relevant experience.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Strong organizational and task prioritization skills.
• Experience in software implementation.
• Background in account management.
• Experience in support roles.
