This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Actively engage with customers to ensure timely renewals and uncover opportunities for growth.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers, becoming a trusted business partner within customer organizations to comprehend their evolving needs and align our solutions accordingly.
• Drive essential Customer Success metrics, such as renewal retention rate, expansion revenue, and reducing churn, through effective relationship management and deal processing.
• Oversee customer onboarding and maintain engagement post-onboarding through regular check-ins, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and similar initiatives.
• Provide continuous support by collaborating closely with the technical support team to address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance Customer Satisfaction Score, Net Promoter Score, product development, and the overall customer experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role, with familiarity in renewals, upselling, QBRs, and customer feedback.
• Strong expertise in building and nurturing customer relationships.
• Knowledge of sales processes, including negotiation, closing, and deal management.
• A proactive mindset for identifying customer needs and delivering customized solutions.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Bonus Skills: Experience with database management systems (DBMS), database-related products, or developer-focused products.
• Background in open-source technology sales or engagement.
• Experience with Hubspot is advantageous.
