This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as the primary point of accountability for a portfolio of managed service clients
• Oversee the implementation of onboarding processes, corrective action plans, technology deployments, environment setups, and various technical initiatives
• Leverage existing playbooks to streamline project workflows
• Detect issues early, suggest mitigation strategies, and escalate matters with precision
• Foster significant relationships within customer organizations
• At least 5 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in a technology-driven setting (preferably in Managed Services)
• Extensive knowledge and comprehension of IT systems and platforms
• Proven experience in delivering end-user technical support
• Relevant certifications: A+, Security+, Network+, AZ-900, CISM, CCNA
