This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a team of digital marketing Account Managers, promoting teamwork and a results-driven approach.
• Guide client relationship management for small to medium business marketing clients in areas such as Website Design, SEO, PPC, Social Media, Reputation Management, and Content Marketing.
• Develop and execute retention and growth strategies to enhance client retention and identify opportunities for account expansion.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive, customized solutions for clients.
• Recognize upselling and cross-selling opportunities and leverage data analytics to improve service delivery.
• Monitor KPIs and keep detailed client records to ensure team performance and promptly resolve complex client issues.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in managing and developing high-performing customer success teams.
• At least 5 years of experience in account and client management, demonstrating a strong track record of achieving retention and growth objectives.
• Over 5 years of experience with CRM tools and proficiency in Microsoft or Google Office Suite products.
• Experience in Digital Marketing is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
