This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +4 more states.
• Manage the post-sales customer relationship.
• Conduct an onboarding session for all new Azul customers, providing them with a “welcome packet” containing contact information, useful links to training materials, and various other resources.
• Set appropriate expectations for the customer journey, including migration, health checks, business reviews, and renewals.
• Schedule the initial business review during the onboarding session.
• Lead a series of communications and “check-in” meetings throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Conduct formal Azul Business Reviews.
• Follow up on reviews of migration plans and progress.
• Share product feature updates.
• Serve as a liaison for customer requests, inquiries, and escalations.
• Over 7 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, or a Sales Engineer role.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a computer science-related field.
• Proven experience in a technical role, ideally within the software or complementary industry.
• Demonstrated ability to engage directly with prospects and customers in person, virtually, and via email.
• Experience in project management is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Java/JVM, performance tuning, and application deployment models (on-premises, cloud, containerized) is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce/Clari) and data-driven success metrics.
• Exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
