This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.
• Oversee an expanding portfolio of clients within your designated territory.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of the Customer Success department.
• Assist in gathering and analyzing customer success metrics and data, including critical NPS, testimonials, and references.
• Collaborate with Global Account Manager(s) and Account Manager(s) to engage customers regarding their Account Plan and Customer/Account Journey.
• Supervise the onboarding process, ensuring clients are prepared to go live by proactively providing advice, guidance, and support.
• Implement targeted customer engagements tailored to the Customer/Account Journey stage and specific Account Plan.
• Act as an Avero specialist, promoting robust product adoption among all partners and relevant stakeholders across different levels.
• Cultivate and maintain successful relationships with key partners, facilitating cross-sell opportunities for the sales team – including deleted users, AOU’s, etc.
• Offer insights to partners to maximize their use of Avero, ensuring they meet their goals and contribute to expanding our customer base.
• Collaborate effectively with the Product and Technology teams to resolve customer issues and help shape our development roadmap.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, ideally within the hospitality SaaS industry.
• Familiarity with the hospitality sector is preferred, with vertical specialization in Hotels, Restaurants, or Casinos being advantageous.
• Proven ability to establish relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Exceptional listening and presentation skills, with experience presenting to C-Level executives and technology leaders.
• Understanding of the Avero platform, Salesforce/CRM, and internal processes, along with the capability to collaborate with internal partners to advance projects is a plus.
