This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.
• Oversee a designated territory and deliver comprehensive renewal execution support to guarantee customer retention along with achieving annual revenue and growth objectives.
• Lead renewal negotiations and stimulate additional revenue streams.
• Engage with customers consistently, both through virtual platforms and in-person meetings, to establish yourself as a trusted advisor.
• Build robust relationships grounded in an understanding of customer needs and a commitment to delivering value.
• Create effective and tailored account plans to meet revenue targets and ensure sustainable growth by implementing Demand Generation, Pipeline, and Opportunity Management strategies.
• Maintain an up-to-date pipeline and ensure it advances along the pipeline curve.
• Equivalent of a bachelor’s degree.
• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Client Success Manager, Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or in a relevant role focused on renewals, particularly in the public sector and local government accounts.
• Experience in sales operations and/or contract negotiations is an advantage.
• Established track record in business application software and service sales across various industries.
• Proven success with large transactions and extended sales cycles in a dynamic, consultative, and competitive environment.
