This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take responsibility for maintaining the relationship quality of a designated portfolio of accounts.
• Create and oversee high-quality Customer Success Plans, documenting and demonstrating the value provided to our clients.
• Enhance adoption of Forma within these accounts by addressing customer challenges using our technology.
• Identify and mitigate any risks of churn while facilitating discussions for expansion.
• Possess expert knowledge of our Autodesk Forma Platform, including its current functionalities and future roadmap.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the Construction Industry or Construction Technology sector.
• Strong expertise in configuring and administering Autodesk Forma.
• Comprehensive understanding of the construction industry and its associated processes.
• Familiarity with the Construction Technology Ecosystem.
• Proven experience in articulating the value of technology and its features to clients and users.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Experience in cultivating face-to-face relationships with various stakeholder groups on specific projects.
