This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take ownership of our customers' experience with Antenna and its products, ensuring engagement, adoption, retention, and growth.
β’ Serve as a trusted advisor to our customers by understanding their needs, challenges, and organizational dynamics, and providing them with tailored applications or guidance on existing Antenna data and products. Be familiar with their workflows and identify where Antenna data can create value.
β’ Foster new use cases and value propositions with our customers by aligning their business objectives with innovative applications of Antenna data.
β’ Work collaboratively with the entire commercial team to enhance customer relationships and implement growth strategies. This includes monitoring customer health metrics and proactively addressing them with support in partnership with the Antenna team.
β’ Successfully onboard, guide, and assist our customers through the complete customer lifecycle. Demonstrate how Antenna can facilitate strategic decision-making.
β’ Act as the voice of the customer within the Antenna organization β collaborate closely with the product team to provide timely yet thorough feedback, contribute to prioritizing new product features, and understand the necessary trade-offs and timelines required by the product team.
β’ A proven history in customer success or client service.
β’ Experience managing enterprise accounts and consistently surpassing retention quotas.
β’ Exceptional communication skills, particularly with technical or complex products, and a background in presenting to and influencing key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
β’ Ability to thrive in dynamic environments characterized by change and uncertainty.
β’ 2-4 years of relevant experience.
β’ Bonus: A keen interest in the new subscriber economy β including streaming and related areas β and established relationships within the ecosystem.
β’ Bonus: Previous experience with innovative, high-growth companies aiming to disrupt the status quo.
β’ Bonus: Familiarity with viewership data.
