This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Develop and synchronize an implementation schedule for new clients.
• Monitor the implementation process alongside new clients.
• Execute the setup and configuration of the new system.
• Oversee the implementation and onboarding phases.
• Demonstrate and instruct new clients on utilizing the platform.
• Address and resolve technical support inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Assist in resolving technical challenges in the event of bugs (by creating and tracking tasks).
• Inform clients and keep them updated on the progress of issue resolutions.
• Develop support materials tailored to support needs.
• Track customer satisfaction metrics, both quantitative and qualitative.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with customers.
• Produce materials and communications for the rollout of new features.
• Create training and usage guides for various features.
• Identify opportunities for product enhancements and relay them to the team.
• Willingness to work on weekends.
• Familiarity with essential tech tools (Excel, ChatGPT, automation).
• Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on quality.
• Excellent and assertive communication abilities, with a focus on instruction.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Positive demeanor and exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Preferred: prior experience in customer support and project development using Artificial Intelligence.
