This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a forward-deployed implementation and customer success lead, dedicating several days each week at designated client sites.
• Take ownership of post-sale delivery: encompassing workflow exploration, solution setup, implementation, and integration across nursing and clinical operations.
• Foster and uphold strong connections with healthcare personnel, operational leaders, executives, and IT teams, serving as a reliable advisor and partner in execution.
• Guide product implementations, concentrating on aligning solutions with nursing workflows and operational practices.
• Educate nursing teams and other healthcare staff on the effective utilization of Hippocratic AI solutions, ensuring continuous adoption and measurable, lasting success.
• Recognize opportunities to enhance workflows and patient care outcomes through the use of AI tools, especially in bedside care and broader healthcare operations.
• Oversee daily client relationships, guaranteeing smooth communication and resolving operational issues.
• Work alongside internal teams such as product, sales, and engineering to convey client feedback, shape roadmap priorities, and enhance user experiences.
• Develop and monitor metrics to gauge success, including patient care outcomes, team adoption rates, and operational efficiencies—presenting findings to both client and internal stakeholders.
• Partner with client leadership teams to share best practices from AI implementation, including delivering presentations at conferences/webinars on the impact of AI in Nursing and Health System Operations.
• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is mandatory.
• More than 5 years of experience in health systems, including roles in customer success, account management, or project management.
• Proven experience in leading complex, onsite implementations within clinical or operational healthcare settings.
• Exceptional skills in relationship-building across all levels of an organization, from frontline staff to executives.
• Strong comprehension of the healthcare sector, particularly clinical workflows and regulatory standards.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic startup atmosphere.
• Robust project management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple workstreams on-site.
• Comfortable functioning independently in a client-embedded role.
• Ability to meet client-specific credentialing requirements, including drug screenings and proof of necessary vaccinations or immunizations as mandated by the healthcare facilities where you will be assigned.
• Experience in deploying or scaling technology (AI, digital health, or enterprise SaaS) in healthcare environments is a valuable asset.
