This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a forward-deployed implementation and customer success leader, spending several days each week onsite at designated client locations.
• Manage post-sale delivery, which includes workflow discovery, solution configuration, rollout, and fostering adoption within nursing and clinical operations.
• Develop and uphold strong relationships with healthcare personnel, operational leaders, executives, and IT teams, serving as a trusted advisor and execution partner.
• Lead product implementations with a focus on aligning solutions to nursing workflows and operational processes.
• Train nursing teams and other healthcare staff on the effective utilization of Hippocratic AI solutions, ensuring continued adoption and measurable, sustained success.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing workflows and improving patient care outcomes through the use of AI tools, particularly in bedside care and broader healthcare operations.
• Oversee daily client relationships, ensuring smooth communication and addressing operational issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams like product, sales, and engineering to communicate client feedback, influence roadmap priorities, and enhance user experiences.
• Establish and monitor metrics to gauge success, including patient care outcomes, team adoption rates, and operational efficiencies—presenting results to both client and internal stakeholders.
• Work with client leadership teams to share best practices from AI implementation, including presenting at conferences and webinars about the impact of AI in Nursing and Health System Operations.
• This position requires a minimum of 20-40% travel, which may include overnight or out-of-state trips.
• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is mandatory.
• Over 5 years of experience in health systems, encompassing customer success, account management, or project management.
• Proven experience in leading complex, onsite implementations within clinical or operational healthcare environments.
• Exceptional skills in relationship-building across all organizational levels, from front-line staff to executives.
• Strong grasp of the healthcare sector, particularly clinical workflows and healthcare regulatory requirements.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic startup environment.
• Excellent project management abilities, capable of handling multiple workstreams onsite.
• Comfortable working independently in a client-embedded capacity.
• Ability to meet client-specific credentialing requirements, including drug screening and proof of necessary vaccinations or immunizations as mandated by the healthcare facilities where you will be deployed.
• Nice-to-Have: Experience in deploying or scaling technology (AI, digital health, or enterprise SaaS) in healthcare settings.
• Advanced understanding of healthcare workflows and compliance standards.
• Background in healthcare consulting, transformation initiatives, or system-wide implementations.
• Experience in presenting outcomes and best practices at conferences or executive forums.
