This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +2 more countries.
β’ Interact with customers via Zoom and email as a technical consultant throughout the post-sales process, offering insights on products, solutions, and best practices.
β’ Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to provide comprehensive guidance on GitLab use case implementation, covering areas such as source code management, continuous integration, continuous delivery, DevSecOps, and Agile Planning.
β’ Offer tailored customer enablement through webinars, hands-on labs, office hours, and on-demand sessions in a pooled support model that serves multiple accounts.
β’ Deliver technical and architectural advice that aids customers in utilizing GitLab features and linking technical decisions to their desired outcomes.
β’ Work alongside Account Executives and Renewals Managers to provide customer-facing expertise that aligns with business goals.
β’ Create and present workshops, demonstrations, and other reusable enablement materials in partnership with cross-functional teams.
β’ Develop and maintain specialized knowledge in one or more technologies that correspond with GitLab's market objectives through training, certification, and practical examples for both internal and customer use.
β’ Contribute to customer-facing educational resources, including GitLab documentation, YouTube content, and enablement initiatives like the Digital Journey.
β’ Proficiency in both English and Spanish. Candidates who are trilingual in English, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese are highly preferred.
β’ Reside in the United States, Mexico, or Brazil.
β’ Experience in supporting one or more GitLab use cases, including source code management, continuous integration, continuous delivery, DevSecOps, or Agile Planning, and providing customers with actionable, detailed guidance.
β’ Familiarity with DevSecOps tools or related technical tools, with the capability to translate tool functionalities into customer outcomes.
β’ A technical background in software development or systems engineering, with a comfort level in discussing architecture, workflows, and implementation choices.
β’ The ability to articulate complex technical and organizational concepts clearly in both written form and live presentations, including Zoom calls, workshops, and demos.
β’ Proven experience as a trusted technical advisor to customers and business stakeholders in a post-sales context.
β’ Strong skills in time management and prioritization, capable of handling multiple customer interactions and cross-functional requests within a pooled model.
