This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Interact with organizations at various phases of KMP adoption within ongoing projects.
• Assist teams in the migration, integration, and scaling of shared codebases.
• Aid teams in overcoming technical obstacles to transition from experimentation to production use successfully.
• Actively connect with potential users who could benefit from KMP.
• Comprehend customer use cases, technical limitations, and adoption hurdles.
• Offer practical advice regarding feasibility, architectural choices, and adoption strategies.
• Collect structured feedback, insights, and pain points from customers.
• Work in collaboration with product and engineering teams to shape the KMP roadmap and improve tooling.
• Extensive experience with Kotlin (Android or backend).
• A thorough understanding of mobile architectures across both Android and iOS platforms.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to engage, influence, and foster trust with senior engineers, tech leads, and business stakeholders.
• The capability to articulate complex technical concepts to varied audiences, modifying depth and messaging as necessary.
• Experience in leading customer dialogues, facilitating discussions, and aligning cross-functional teams.
• A proactive and empathetic approach to grasping customer needs, challenges, and objectives.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Hands-on experience with Kotlin Multiplatform is a plus.
• Experience in migrating or modernizing legacy and large-scale codebases is advantageous.
• A background in customer success, solutions architecture, or other similar customer-facing roles is beneficial.
