This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Build a strong technical relationship with customers as a trusted advisor.
β’ Oversee technical initiatives from deployment to user training and ongoing support.
β’ Partner with Rescale Solutions Architect to effectively plan and carry out successful deployments of Rescale solutions.
β’ Independently assess technical requirements, the existing infrastructure, operations, and workflows of customers.
β’ Facilitate the onboarding of new customer workflows and expand the Rescale presence.
β’ Acquire in-depth knowledge of customer workflows and high-performance computing (HPC) environments.
β’ Collaborate with customers to define and implement their digital transformation strategies, focusing on migrating workloads from on-premises to the cloud.
β’ Present and articulate Rescale solutions at conferences, user groups, webinars, and similar events.
β’ Work alongside Product Management to provide insights for continuous enhancement of our ScaleX platform, aimed at increasing engineer productivity in the cloud.

β’ A minimum of 2 years of software, hardware, or cloud experience in a customer-facing role is required.
β’ A B.S. degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or a related field is necessary.
β’ The candidate must be a U.S. Person.
β’ Preferably, you have 3 years of experience in enterprise cloud, hardware, or software technical roles.
β’ Preferred general knowledge in at least one high-performance computing (HPC) domain (such as CFD, FEA, Molecular Dynamics, Weather Forecasting, Computational Chemistry, Reservoir Simulation, Media Rendering, Machine Learning, Financial, etc.).
β’ Experience with enterprise customers in one or more of the industries we serve, including aerospace, automotive, life sciences, oil & gas, semiconductor, EDA, and the federal sector is preferred.
⒠Familiarity with at least one HPC simulation software package (like ANSYS, Siemens, Dassault Systèmes, COMSOL, AVL, Altair, PTC, Cadence, Synopsys, Autodesk, OpenFOAM, LAMMPS, GROMACS, NAMD, etc.) is preferred.
β’ Strong presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical topics in an accessible manner, are preferred.
β’ An M.S. degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
β’ The ability to manage multiple complex projects and coordinate efforts among colleagues across various teams and locations is preferred.
β’ A demonstrated understanding of HPC, schedulers, IaaS, scripting languages, and their application and deployment by customers is preferred.
