This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist a diverse portfolio of clients while overseeing the technical aspects of their implementation, onboarding, adoption, and growth.
• Recognize the challenges encountered by your clients, help them articulate significant requirements, and devise innovative solutions to ensure their success in reaching their objectives.
• Previous experience in developing, implementing, or managing digital solutions.
• Background in Professional Services, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or other client-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong understanding of web technologies, analytics, front-end development, and best practices for UX/UI.
• Development experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; familiarity with React, Angular, Vue, or native mobile is advantageous.
• Must demonstrate proficiency in JavaScript development.
• Practical experience with digital analytics solutions such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Google Analytics, Optimizely, or Tealeaf.
• Extensive knowledge of browser developer tools for testing scripts and diagnosing issues.
• Understanding of the page load lifecycle and strategies for performance optimization.
• Strong project and time management capabilities; must effectively manage multiple clients' needs simultaneously.
• Ability to quickly adapt to shifting priorities and function effectively in an ambiguous environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with outstanding presentation abilities.
• Socially adept, able to engage with a diverse audience including senior leaders, middle managers, and individual contributors, both technical and non-technical.
