This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +40 more states.
• Oversee incoming requests from clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and challenges.
• Manage various tasks throughout the annual implementation cycle for Medicare clients.
• Support assigned projects, which include internal enhancements, documentation, and customer-specific initiatives.
• Assist with reporting tasks, such as generating and distributing reports.
• Provide assistance to customer success and operations management activities.
• Help customer success managers and operations staff in project coordination and execution.
• Offer administrative and technical support, including scheduling, preparing customer communications or presentations, monitoring timelines, attending meetings, and liaising with various departments and organizations.
• Relay issues and additional information to customer success managers while suggesting solutions.
• Track and assess project activities, providing updates to project managers and leadership.
• Deliver customer service through phone and online channels, including support tickets, instant messaging, and email communication.
• Aid in outbound customer communications.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve support requests to successful completion.
• Assist with the collection, validation, and resolution of data files.
• Execute other customer service and administrative tasks as designated.
• Experience engaging with all levels within an organization, both internally and with customer organizations.
• Ability to interact directly with customers, vendors, and other service providers independently.
• Skills in customer management including project oversight, issue resolution, setting customer expectations, providing customer training support, and fostering customer relationships.
• Aptitude for following instructions closely and swiftly adapting to changing priorities.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• General technical knowledge necessary to support customers effectively.
• Capability to identify areas for improvement and suggest enhancements to the team for ongoing process optimization.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Visio, and MS Project.
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities; proactive in addressing issues and coordinating solutions.

• Skills to prioritize effectively, respond to urgent requests, and escalate when necessary.
• Experience with SaaS implementation is a plus.
• Knowledge of the Medicare industry is an advantage.
