CRM Analyst III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the development, mapping, and design of omnichannel and real-time personalization strategies.

• Guarantee scalable engagement and performance journeys.

• Convert business objectives and requirements into briefs, specifications, and rules for personalization campaigns.

• Develop hypotheses, plan, and manage A/B and multivariate testing.

• Evaluate performance indicators and extract strategic insights.

• Examine customer experience bottlenecks throughout the funnel and suggest enhancements.

• Act as a liaison between Business, Product, and Technology teams.

• Articulate strategies, scenarios, and outcomes in a clear, engaging, and persuasive way.

• Track engagement and conversion metrics to inform growth decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in planning personalization, CRM, or Customer Lifecycle strategies.

• Expertise in designing omnichannel journeys and comprehending real-time engagement journeys.

• Analytical mindset with the capability to address business challenges, pinpoint the root causes of conversion declines, and suggest feasible solutions.

• Skill in articulating strategies, clearly presenting results, and translating technical jargon into business language.

• Previous experience with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem, especially Marketing Cloud Personalization, is advantageous.

• Understanding of data structures is a plus.

• Basic knowledge of SQL queries is beneficial.
