Customer Success Consultant – Junior

📋 Description

• Conduct onboarding sessions with new clients to ensure they effectively learn how to utilize the system;

• Tailor communication styles to match various client profiles, ensuring comprehensive understanding;

• Recognize recurring inquiries and challenges to suggest enhancements to training and procedures;

• Track KPIs and metrics to confirm client activation within the system;

• Work collaboratively with other teams to enhance the customer experience from the beginning;

• Achieve mastery of Simples Dental, becoming well-acquainted with its features and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Google Workspace tools;

• Fundamental understanding of sales and customer service principles;

• Experience in monitoring performance indicators;

• Basic familiarity with customer relationship management tools such as Pipedrive;

• Basic understanding of customer negotiation strategies;

• Eagerness to engage with customers' businesses and present solutions;

• Strong logical reasoning abilities;

• Excellent organizational skills to manage workload effectively;

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
