Customer Success Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve in a technical and consultative role, assisting customers with the effective use of video-assisted surgery systems and other technologies offered by the company;

• Carry out installations, conduct training sessions, and support video-assisted surgical procedures with a specialized consultancy approach for the company’s surgical systems and technologies;

• Execute engaging product demonstrations, highlighting technical features and functionalities, while customizing demonstrations to meet customers’ specific requirements to guarantee exceptional service, technical support, and customer satisfaction;

• Guide customers on the effective use of system features and technical differentiators;

• Offer technical and operational assistance, proactively addressing and resolving issues;

• Collaborate with organizational methods, managing schedules, service calls, technical records, and reports within internal systems;

• Enchant both internal and external customers, fostering strong relationships that can lead to referrals and new business prospects;

• Oversee minor operational expenses in accordance with company compliance policies, ensuring responsible resource utilization;

• Maintain full alignment with company ethics, compliance, and organizational culture policies, preserving the company’s trust and reputation in the market;

⛳️ Requirements

• Technical background in Electronics, Electrotechnics, Biomedical Equipment, Mechatronics, or Mechanical; a bachelor's degree is preferred or a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience;

• Intermediate understanding of hospital operations;

• Intermediate familiarity with video-assisted surgical procedures;

• Experience in providing technical customer support;

• Background in public-facing or customer service roles;

• Intermediate proficiency with mobile digital tools;

• Cultural fit with the company;

• Willingness to travel;

• Valid Category B driver’s license;

• Flexible working hours;

• Availability to travel across the three states in the Southern region of the country to serve clients;

• Reside in Porto Alegre and its surrounding metropolitan area or in the state of Santa Catarina;

• Familiarity with operating room routines and/or clinical engineering;
