This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Identify, target, and engage customers by establishing strong relationships, understanding their needs, and uncovering purchasing opportunities within a designated territory.
• Generate insights that create opportunities to educate customers for purchasing optimization, along with implementing best practices and recommendations.
• Meet predefined targets and objectives; report on business outcomes.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by utilizing internal reports, databases, and tools.
• Exhibit personal accountability for customer relationships through regular communication, account management, and business reviews.
• Link assigned clients with key Avendra supplier partners to assist in their procurement requirements.
• At least two (2) years of experience in sales or a related customer success role.
• Proven experience in establishing and nurturing strong professional relationships through exceptional customer service and client relationship management skills.
• Intermediate proficiency and demonstrated capability in using Salesforce, Microsoft Office and Teams, HubSpot, and Avendra’s proprietary CRM system, Pivotal.
• Solid general business acumen.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a matrixed organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including well-developed listening abilities and presentation skills.
