This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Address customer inquiries through chat or email.
• Deliver accurate information regarding services and policies.
• Resolve standard issues such as subscription status updates, refund requests, and billing inquiries.
• Forward complex cases to higher-level support when necessary.
• Adhere to guidelines provided by the leadership team when assisting customers.
• Show empathy towards customers’ needs while being mindful of the business’s financial objectives.
• Gather and communicate feedback to external teams to ensure customer needs are being fulfilled.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
• Exhibit a passion for and comprehension of the URBN brands, customers, and products.
