This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Foster an exceptional post-sales experience for designated accounts, with an emphasis on product adoption, customer retention, and growth strategies.
• Oversee a substantial portfolio of accounts, ensuring precise customer records and forecasts are maintained in Salesforce.
• Promptly coordinate and process renewal proposals, ensuring that price increase targets and retention objectives are achieved.
• Monitor account health, proactively detect churn risks, and implement mitigation strategies in collaboration with internal teams.
• Respond swiftly to customer inquiries and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolutions to uphold customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Product teams to provide a cohesive customer experience.
• Analyze customer usage data to identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities and work alongside Sales to drive growth.
• Engage in customer nurture campaigns and advocate for Revalize solutions, effectively addressing objections and reinforcing product value.
• Collect and share customer feedback with internal stakeholders to guide product development and process enhancements.
• Intentionally utilize AI and automation tools to improve workflows—identifying repeatable use cases, enhancing output quality, and continuously driving business outcomes as tools evolve.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent professional experience).
• 1–2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or another customer-facing role.
• Fluency in both German and English, in written and spoken forms.
• Proven track record in managing renewal and negotiation discussions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, projecting a professional presence.
• Ability to comprehend customer business needs and effectively link them to product value.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and experience in developing innovative solutions.
• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and the Microsoft Office 365 suite.
• Qualified applicants will be invited to complete a 30-minute online assessment as part of the application process.
• The official working time zones are EST for US employees and CET for EMEA employees.
• Revalize designates standard working hours as 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time (ET) for employees based in the United States and 08:00 to 17:00 Central European Time (CET) for employees operating within the EMEA region.
