This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist practices in utilizing the NextPatient suite and provide daily support.
• Collaborate with Client Success Managers to ensure client coverage.
• Champion product improvements requested by clients.
• Take ownership of your own client portfolio as your skills and confidence develop.
• Proficient in our product.
• Strong listening skills to comprehend client needs.
• Ability to configure the product for optimal results.
• Highly detail-oriented.
• Effective communication skills with clients and team members.
• Flexibility to work from home.
