• Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact.
• Comprehend clients' needs and objectives, delivering tailored solutions and recommendations.
• Work together with internal teams to address customer inquiries and provide prompt and effective solutions.
• Supply accurate, valid, and comprehensive information to clients utilizing our CRM system.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by demonstrating empathy and understanding of client requirements.
• Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries, explaining potential solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and appreciated.
• Enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related discipline.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in customer service, customer success, telemarketing, or account management roles (preferably with US-based clients).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A strong bias for action, practicality, and effectiveness.
• Preference for candidates who can converse fluently in an American accent, as this role heavily relies on engaging with US-based clients. Previous experience in customer service roles focused on US clients will be advantageous.
