• Collaborate with customers to transform pre-sales command plans into practical objectives
• Advise customers on the optimal utilization of the GitLab platform
• Manage a portfolio of customers to promote adoption, retention, and expansion
• Develop and sustain Customer Success Plans
• Serve as the primary GitLab contact for designated accounts
• Offer hands-on onboarding and technical training
• Oversee account escalations through program management
• Work in conjunction with Services and internal teams
• Solid understanding of Git
• Familiarity with continuous integration, continuous deployment, and DevSecOps methodologies
• Proven experience collaborating with customers to establish business outcomes
• Experience in customer success, post-sales, or professional services
• Capacity to manage a diverse portfolio of customers
• Proficiency in resolving escalations within technical settings
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational abilities
• Capability to leverage transferable skills from similar roles
