Customer Success Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete onboarding and implementation process of Akeyless solutions, assisting customers with architecture design, integrations, and best practices.

• Act as a reliable technical consultant, fostering strong relationships with customers to promote adoption, growth, and overall success in line with their business objectives.

• Diagnose complex technical challenges, offering insights on DevOps, security, and cloud-native environments, while facilitating integrations, automation, and infrastructure design.

• Convert customer needs into scalable and secure architectures, recommending best practices and optimizing the use of the Akeyless platform.

• Work in close collaboration with Sales, Solutions Architects, Product, and R&D teams to ensure successful deployments, address challenges, and advocate for customer needs internally.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years in a technical customer-facing position (CSE, TAM, Solutions Engineer, Professional Services, etc.).

• Proficient experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, and Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Background in supporting or implementing SaaS or security products.

• Capability to blend technical expertise with effective customer communication.

• Strong skills in troubleshooting and problem-solving.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Preferred: Experience in Cybersecurity, DevOps, or DevSecOps environments.

• Knowledgeable in Identity & Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), PKI / Certificate Management, and Encryption / Key Management (KMS, HSM).

• Familiarity with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and configuration management tools.

• Experience with scripting or programming languages (Python, Bash, etc.).

• A background in pre-sales or solution architecture is advantageous.
