This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from onboarding through daily engagement, offering proactive support for optimal platform utilization.
• Facilitate onboarding processes, conduct follow-ups, and maintain ongoing communication with our new clients.
• Collaborate with the product team to enhance the platform continuously by gathering customer feedback and discovering methods to boost engagement and value delivered.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and work to minimize churn within the customer portfolio.
• Discover more efficient methods to streamline customers' implementation journeys by utilizing technology, automation, and AI to hasten adoption and lessen implementation obstacles.
• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Previous experience in customer experience operations, ideally within technology or SaaS industries (preferred).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• An investigative and curious approach to problem-solving.
• A keen interest in and familiarity with AI and automation tools, applying them daily to enhance productivity and improve processes.
• Empathy to effectively understand and guide customers.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
