This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Guarantee an exceptional experience for customers from the onboarding phase through daily usage, actively offering guidance to ensure optimal platform utilization.
• Facilitate onboarding processes and maintain follow-up communications with new clients.
• Assist the product team in enhancing the platform by gathering customer feedback and pinpointing opportunities to boost engagement and deliver value.
• Track key performance indicators and implement strategies to minimize churn across the customer base.
• Explore more efficient methods to streamline customers' implementation journeys, utilizing technology, automation, and AI to expedite adoption and mitigate obstacles in the implementation process.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Prior experience in customer experience operations, ideally within technology or SaaS sectors (preferred).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• An investigative and curious mindset coupled with a problem-solving approach.
• A genuine interest in and familiarity with AI and automation tools, applying them in daily tasks to enhance productivity and refine processes.
• Empathy to effectively understand and guide customers.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
