This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Management of client relationships: oversee the status of projects, taking proactive measures to avert issues and ensure client satisfaction.
• Ongoing communication with clients and internal teams: facilitate alignment meetings, monitor schedules, generate success reports, and engage in daily calls.
• Analysis of data and results: track KPIs, offer suggestions for improvements to the operations team, and present outcomes to management and the board.
• Action during critical situations: recognize issues, manage crises, reverse cancellation requests, and execute corrective measures.
• Opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewals: identify and propose additional products that fulfill client requirements to enhance account growth, and secure contract renewals by delivering proposals and leading negotiations.
• Previous experience in agencies;
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities;
• Highly organized and detail-oriented;
