This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
• Assist customers in maximizing the benefits of Motorola Solutions’ hybrid-cloud offerings.
• Oversee a portfolio of clients within a designated geographical area.
• Establish and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with operational leaders and end users.
• Conduct regular interactions with customers to assess usage, outcomes, and future requirements.
• Promote high adoption rates of licensed features and essential workflows.
• Track account health through metrics such as adoption rates, license activation, and customer feedback.
• Work closely with Sales, Deployment, Product Activation, and Support teams to provide a cohesive customer experience.
• High School diploma or a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Public Safety, Information Technology, or a related discipline; or equivalent practical experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Technical Account Management, Support, or a similar customer-facing position.
• Familiarity with SaaS, cloud, or mission-critical technology products.
• Ability to obtain necessary background clearance as mandated by our government clients.
